Previous Chapter: Sun was darkened
When Christ said, "Let there be light" that powerful word still echoing in our life, from cooktop stove to our car head light we see light that's because on the day Christ said "Let there be light", and Christ saying "Behold, your son" is also sounds like "Let there be light" 26.When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, Woman, behold, your son! 27.Then he said to the disciple, Behold, your mother! And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home - John 19:26-27
Before going to the cross, Jesus Christ spoke to his disciples about the suffering of a woman who would go through the labor pain, it may looks like Christ talking about the suffering of Disciples, but He is actually explaining the suffering of Heavenly Father - 21.When a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. 22.So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. 23.In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. 24.Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. 25.I have said these things to you in figures of speech. The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figures of speech but will tell you plainly about the Father - John 16:21-25
When Christ said "Father", the same word reveals the precious adoption that God of Heaven planned for us, and the adaption started when Christ said "Behold, your son" and its still happening in every hour and every minute - For it was fitting that he, for whom and by whom all things exist, in bringing many sons to glory, should make the founder of their salvation perfect through suffering - Hebrews 2:10
Among those born of women vs born of a woman
Once Christ said John the Baptist was the greatest among those born of women, yes, John the Baptist was blessed among those born of countless women living on this earth - Truly, I say to you, among those born of women there has arisen no one greater than John the Baptist. Yet the one who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he - Matthew 11:11
But when Bible talks about Jesus Christ, It says "born of a woman" here the word woman is pointing to one woman that is our God of heaven - 4.But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, 5.to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons - Galatians 4:4-5
